Esplanade 101

Introducing Esplanade 101. A monthly community meeting we’ll be holding the 1st Tuesday of each month. This typically will be a day time meeting, but we will be holding this one in the evening to accommodate work hours.

Esplanade 101 holds the keys to the Lifestyle at Esplanade at Coasterra. We host monthly new Member orientation sessions, welcoming new homeowners to join us and discover all that our community has to offer. If you are closing on your home in the next 30-60 days or have already closed on your home and have not attended an Esplanade 101 session yet, we encourage you to do so. We’ll go over topics such as gate access, warranty info, community website navigating, Esplanade Perks, where to go to find ARC documents & the process of submitting them, trash pick up and more!

Join your Lifestyle Manager, Jessie Griffith, and Community Association Manager as well as fellow Members for an engaging, informative and essential 1 hour seminar.

This event is based on registration counts, so that the Lifestyle Team can confirm minimum participation requirements, and for food orders with vendors.
