Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is a slow, supportive style of yoga that emphasizes comfort, mindful movement, and breath. We will end the class with a cool, refreshing washcloth infused with essential oils to place on your forehead to enhance relaxion for your shavasana practice.

Please bring water and your mat, and any pads/supports if you need for your knees or to sit on. We have blocks for your use.
