Esplanade 101

Introducing Esplanade 101. A monthly community meeting we typically will be holding the 1st Tuesday of each month. For June, we pushed it a few weeks to give time for the new CAM to review some of the documents to tailor it for our community. This typically will be a day time meeting, but we will be holding this one in the evening to accommodate work hours.

Esplanade 101 holds the keys to the Lifestyle at Esplanade at Coasterra. We host monthly new Member orientation sessions, welcoming new homeowners to join us and discover all that our community has to offer. If you have recently closed on your home and have not attended an Esplanade 101 session yet, we encourage you to do so. We’ll go over topics such as gate access, warranty info, community website navigating, Esplanade Perks, where to go to find ARC documents & how to submit, trash pick up and more!

This event is based on registration counts, so that the Lifestyle Team can confirm minimum participation requirements, and for food orders with vendors.
