You asked, we delivered. This is how your feedback turns into an event! And it’s finally here!! The Coasterra District Watermark pool is opening! But first, Esplanade is planning a private pool party! Food trucks, sunshine, killer playlist, pool games and the whole pool to ourselves!!

Ticket prices are coming soon as we work through bartending options. BYOB is not an option for a Builder sponsored event.
We have a minimum for the food trucks so come hungry. Menus will be posted soon for our food truck, the two years running best food truck of Florida, Big Chef American Cuisine. They will have waters, desserts and sodas as well as their full menu.
