Welcome to our Taco and Tequila Class, where we will show the secrets of a good, fresh Margarita and how to make easy, delicious tacos.

In this class we will explore the origin and variations of this ubiquitous dish, which has, in the last decades, become a staple in the American way of life.

We will be making (and enjoying) authentic Margaritas, Grilled Chicken and Pork al Pastor Tacos and all the accompaniments, soft flour tortillas, crispy corn tostadas, queso fresco, fresh blender salsa, sour cream, guacamole, radishes, lime, cilantro and lettuce.

We are growing!! And we love the engagement in our community! With the Med in August, we sold out. We had attendees waiting on the waitlist, who weren’t able to make it. With Sushi Like a Pro, we pushed the start time until later so we could potentially accommodate an earlier class, should we sell out. Thus we are testing out the sweet spot of class size, price, and timing. When we charge for some events, we are subsidizing the cost. it enables us to provide more fun programming to our month and/or make the event even more spectacular.
