Description
After a season of sweet treats, busy schedules, travel, and extra glasses of wine, we are all in need of some recovery and restoration. Join us for the first Wellness Wednesday of the New Year for an evening of reflection and intention setting.

This Guided Intention Setting Experience will be a short calming session focused on honoring the previous year while cultivating thoughtful intentions for the season ahead. It is brought to you by Nick Perez, a local Veteran and life coach, breathwork & meditation practitioner. We will finish with a breathwork session and sound bowl therapy- mindful nourishment for the New Year.
This event is based on registration counts, so that the Lifestyle Team can confirm minimum participation requirements, and for food orders with vendors. Please Register by January 15, if you are planning on attending.
