Join us for a upbeat, low-impact Mat Pilates workout following a complimentary glass of Prosecco. A social and fun fitness experience suitable for all levels. The class focuses on core strength, flexibility, and balance through controlled movements, followed by a post-workout toast and social gathering. The bubbly will be ready prior to class for any brave enough to start the class with their sparkling Prosecco.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own exercise mat or beach towel and water botte.

This event is based on registration counts, so that the Lifestyle Team can confirm minimum participation requirements with vendors or for ordering food & beverage prior to event. If we do not make registration counts, please keep an eye on the rescheduled date.
