Our Galentine’s Yoga class celebrates friendship and self-love with a heart-opening flow and partner yoga poses.

Partner yoga is a collaborative yoga practice where two people use each other for support, balance, and deeper stretching. It enhances trust, communication and a lot of laughter!! We will blend gentle movement with connection through shared poses and synchronized breathing. Bring your BFF, a neighbor, or other special person in your life.

Our yoga class is suitable or all levels with available modifications.

Please bring a yoga mat or large beach towel and water bottle.
