Introducing Esplanade 101. A monthly community meeting we’ll be holding the 1st Tuesday of each month.
Esplanade 101 holds the keys to the Lifestyle at Esplanade at Coasterra. We host monthly new Member orientation sessions, welcoming new homeowners to join us and discover all that our community has to offer. If you are new to the community and have not attended an Esplanade 101 session yet, we encourage you to do so. Join your Lifestyle Manager Jessie Griffith, as well as fellow Members for an engaging, informative and essential seminar.
We’ll go over topics such as gate access, warranty info, community website navigating, Esplanade Perks, where to go to find ARC documents & how to submit, trash pick up and more!
