Future Amenity Groundbreaking Celebration

If you haven’t noticed, we like to celebrate the big & small milestones at Esplanade. We have begun breaking ground for our future amenity site for the sports courts and The Exchange and would love for you to join us in celebration. Because this celebration falls on Derby Day, we decided to have Derby Day flair.

• Mint Juleps, Mocktails & Mimosas
• Kentucky Derby bites including the famous Bourbon Pecan Pie bars
• Ceremonial Shovel ceremony
• Brief Q & A with Head Sports Teaching Professional from Artisan Lakes who is coming to support & encourage their sister property & discuss potential sports & social programming vision.
• Amazing Raffles and prizes

Who: This event is for members as well as future members too!

What to wear: Feel free to wear your Derby Day best!

Location: At future Amenity Site right off Amelia Trail. There will be some walking involved.

A larger, more intentional celebration in collaboration is in the works for this summer with sports activation stations, ERE, Slab Signing, prizes and more!

Parking is available at the Mail Kiosk, the Sales Gallery parking lot, as well as the guest gate lane. (see image below)
