Pastabilities brought to you by Marco Marini, one of our new additions to the Esplanade Resort Experiences Culinary Team. Marco brings his Italian roots front and center with a joyful, flour‑covered workshop dedicated to fresh pasta. Members learn dough making, resting, rolling, shaping, and the difference between bronze‑die and commercial pasta, while exploring the art of building beautifully layered sauces.
Begin the evening with a refreshing aperol spritz, then roll up your sleeves for a hands-on cooking class where you’ll create pasta from scratch alongside Chef Marco himself.
Since you have all really enjoyed all of our cooking classes, we have booked cooking classes from February to September to satisfy both your curiosity & your palette. If you have an idea on one you’d like, please let your Lifestyle Manager know.
