Dance Party Fitness is a fun, music‑driven workout with glow elements that blends easy‑to‑follow choreography with upbeat pop, hip‑hop, and dance‑club favorites.
Expect a mix of cardio, rhythm‑based movement, and optional freestyle moments. The lights go down, disco ball illuminates the room, the tempo pops, and the vibe transforms into a high‑energy party where the focus is joy, movement, and feeling amazing.
Please don’t worry if you’re one of those people who goes right when the instructor goes left—you’ll be in very good company. This class is all about having fun, not perfection. All fitness levels welcome!! Bring your friends. Let’s dance like no one is watching.
This event is based on registration counts, so that the Lifestyle Team can confirm minimum participation requirements with vendors or for ordering food & beverage prior to event. If we do not make registration counts, please keep an eye on the rescheduled date.
