Pilates and Prosecco

We are ringing in the New Year with fun and fitness! Join us for a low-impact Mat Pilates workout with complimentary glass of Prosecco. A social and fun fitness experience suitable for all levels. The class focuses on core strength, flexibility, and balance through controlled movements, followed by a post-workout toast and social gathering.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own exercise mat or beach towel and water botte.

We will begin shortly after everyone has signed their waivers, about 5:10-15.
