January Wellness Classes: Monday Motivation
Have you done your New Years intentions yet? If you’ve listed anything about burning off those holiday LBS, this is the class for you.
This morning class will start your day and year off strong! A total body strength and cardio class that combines cardiovascular exercise with full body strength training to improve endurance and muscle tone. This class is designed for all fitness levels using body weight and band exercises that can be modified if needed. Start your 2026 off right with a comprehensive workout that strengthens and conditions the entire body in a single session. Participants are encouraged to bring their own exercise mat or beach towel and water bottle.
If you aren’t able to make this time, please let your Lifestyle Manager know you are interested in this type of class, but it doesn’t work with your schedule. While our community is small, and our programming isn’t as robust as it will be in the future, we want to provide Lifestyle Programming that works for you.
